Big issue at work. Today is my unlucky day. So many things happens, so many problems.Stress. How do you cope with stress?
When you are stress, you will get pissed off at small , trivial disturbances.
Well, I almost flare up...so..what would you do.
Take deep breaths. And then smile.
Sigh..now i am depressed.
I need Alcohol. I just violate my own alcohol guides.
